Orders not meeting the requirements for free delivery will have our standard 24hr delivery and packing charge of £5.95 added in the checkout process.
Standard Delivery
The delivery and packing charge is for a 24hr delivery (24hr next working day).
For same day dispatch orders must be received by us before 3.30pm Monday-Friday we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
Order today up to 3.30pm for delivery next working day is only available on in stock items that meet the criteria for next working day delivery:
1. Products weight does not exceed 30kg
2. Products length does not exceed 1.5m
3. Product is not a direct delivery from that products manufacturer
All products that do not qualify for next working day delivery are clearly marked with an estimated delivery time.
Products out of stock are clearly marked.
Free delivery is for England, Wales and parts of Scotland excluding Highlands, Islands and N Ireland.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and N Ireland will incorporate the following postcode areas: IV,KW,ZE,HS,KA27-28,PH,PA20-And Above,AB31-56,FK19-21,KA27-28,HS1-9,BT1-BT49,BT51-BT57,BT60-BT71,BT74-BT82,BT92-BT94 including all addresses in the Isle Of Wight and IOM.
Available delivery options:
Next Working Day Before Noon | Saturday Delivery - These services incur a delivery charge of £12.00 in addition to any other delivery charges.
1. Only available on items that are marked on that items product page as Delivery time 1 working day.
2. Only available for UK Mainland orders.
3. Not available on large multi bay filters example - Oasis Vortec Filters.
4. Guaranteed Parcel Force service - if you do not take delivery of your parcel through none delivery by Parcel Force we will refund the £12.00 delivery charge.

Special order or Made to order items do not qualify for free delivery and are non-returnable.
Delivery to N.Ireland, N.Scotland and Islands (including all listed postcodes above) is charged separately this service is 48-72hr ( 2-3 working days ) email or phone for delivery quote.
Please note we use Parcel Force 24hr delivery for our standard delivery service (not including larger items and direct deliveries from the manufacturer). We aim to get your parcel to you within this time period but the Parcel Force 24hr service is not a guaranteed service and is currently running at 98% for successful delivery within the time period.
Claims for items damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of delivery (for more information see our returns page). Damaged products must be returned for inspection.
