Velda has thought carefully about the ease of use of the Fish Feeder Pro. The feeding frequency and amount of feed is easy to programme digitally. The digital timer works extremely accurately and can be set to the desired number of feeds per 24hr period. It can be set to between 2 - 9 seconds for each feed.

A handy table shows the connection between feed weight per second for each type of feed. The time set and the number of feeds remain set even in the event of a power failure.

The feeder holds about 3 litres. A sight glass allows the level of feed in the container to be monitored.

The Fish Feeder Pro is supplied together with four worm screws three of which have been specially designed for pellets with a diameter of 2-12mm. The fourth worm screw is for flakes. These screws are easy to change.

The feeders container and feed mechanism is designed to prevent moisture getting to the feed.
